Where do I get a monitoring account?
Ask your installer to confirm which monitoring platform and account are linked to your system. Use the official portal’s account recovery if you have forgotten your password.

Check the time period and whether the data has refreshed. Record the model, serial number, and a screenshot, then contact technical support.
